       普通臥式車床主要可承擔(dān)各種車削工作，能夠車削各種零件的外圓、端面、內(nèi)孔、切槽等工藝，同時(shí)也適用于硬質(zhì)合金刀具進(jìn)行強(qiáng)力車削，加工各種黑色金屬和有色金屬。

       主要大件采用國際先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)及最優(yōu)化的有限元分析方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，使機(jī)床盡可能承載最大的負(fù)荷，設(shè)計(jì)合理、選材考究。所有鑄件均采用高強(qiáng)度，高牌號(hào)的密烘鑄鐵為料型，使整個(gè)機(jī)床具有極佳的剛性、穩(wěn)定性、精度保持性，特別適合重切削。所有大型鑄件都嚴(yán)格的退火處理后，再加上時(shí)效處理，徹底消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力，大大提高了整機(jī)精度，加工后的零件具有極好的幾何位精度，機(jī)床底座為十字形結(jié)構(gòu)，矩形受力設(shè)計(jì)，組織穩(wěn)定、可靠，保持性久。

       床身導(dǎo)軌采用矩形硬軌設(shè)計(jì)，導(dǎo)軌表面經(jīng)高頻處理，經(jīng)高精度表面研磨處理�；瑒�(dòng)表面粘貼導(dǎo)軌膠帶，使導(dǎo)軌表面更加光滑、耐磨。加寬的硬軌設(shè)計(jì)可以確保提供機(jī)床在重切削時(shí)所需之抵抗力及穩(wěn)定性。

       機(jī)床主軸采用三支承結(jié)構(gòu)，具有很好的剛度；機(jī)床采用側(cè)排屑方式，排屑方便。機(jī)床還具有單獨(dú)油泵，強(qiáng)制潤滑，以及快速移動(dòng)、終端保險(xiǎn)等功能。轉(zhuǎn)速、進(jìn)給量和功率特性等設(shè)計(jì)合理，均能很好地滿足粗精加工需要。機(jī)床具有剛性強(qiáng)、效率高、節(jié)能、安全可靠、操作方便和造型美觀等特點(diǎn)。
